Needs Analysis

We can help you analyse the risk profile of your site to identify the emergency planning performance requirement in terms of nature of response and speed of response having had experience of doing this for operating reactors sites, defueling sites and defueled sites.

Change Management

We can help you understand and manage the process of changing the emergency arrangements at a site including needs analysis, justification, training needs analysis, responder training and exercising, as well as plan and manual writing.

Training

We can help train your emergency responders, including training needs analysis and course preaparation with specialist skills in Health Physics input into countermeasure decisions for the protection of the public and the application of Command and Control in Emergency Control Centres and Central Support Centres.

Development

We can help you develop projects such as the introduction of new processes or technology.

Countermeasure Strategy

With experience of setting countermeasure options for Nuclear Power Plants we can help you determine the optimum default countermeasure strategy within your REPPIR planning zone and help prepare a "beyond design basis" plan.

Off-site Plans

We can help prepare, maintain and test your off-site plans.

ALARP Studies

We can help prepare ALARP (As Low as Reasonable Practical) Studies having performed these for a nuclear industry customer
